Gingerbread houses at the Hyatt

Gingerbread House Contest at Hyatt 


The other day we went to see the gingerbread houses at the Hyatt Regency in downtown Vancouver [tet].  This particular "house", a eatable map of Canada, was made by the Vancovuer Community College Baking & Pastry Arts Department.  That's Lydia's department, and a few of her friends worked on it.
